The young male Grga from the Suho pack was captured on 30 October 2006 in the Kiršina draga valley in Gorski Kotar and he was fitted with a satellite tracking collar that sends signals via text message (GPS-GSM-VHF). He was named Grga after the title character in the children's picture book “The Tale of Grga the Wolf” by Sanja Pilić. He was the brother of the male Noah, from the same litter. At capture, he weighed 27 kg. He quickly joined the rest of the individuals of the Suho pack, and from that time spent most of his time with Noah. Grga's collar, however, ceased to send text messages after only 10 days. The Suho pack has been monitored since 2006 when Noah and Grga were collared.
