31 March 2011 – State Institute helps veterans

The State Institute for Nature Protection donated an electric fence for the protection of livestock from wolf attacks to the Planina veterans' association from Trilj.

This group of veterans established possibly the largest flock of sheep in the Dalmatinska Zagora region, with a total of 807 head, in a virtually pristine natural area, at an elevation of 1100 m on Mt. Kamešnica.

The donation was made on 31 March 2011 by Nikica Skroza on behalf of the Institute. The fence was procured and delivered by the company Gumex-Eko from Ivanić Grad, whose staff installed the fence and instructed the veterans on its proper use.
